Boot Camp classes link strength training with cardio exercises using minimal equipment in an interval style format to achieve a full-body workout. The workouts, in combination with the motivating and supportive team atmosphere, make it very effective for losing weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, and increasing lean muscle mass.
