Cody Sipe, PhD
Co-Owner
Cody Sipe, PhD is a professor, educator, entrepreneur, and award-winning fitness professional with 30 years of fitness-related experience. He regularly shares his expertise in functional exercise for older adults at professional conferences and workshops around the world (12 countries and counting!). Cody is one of the owners of OneLife Strength and Conditioning and the creator of the Ageless Fitness program. He believes that the older you get the more essential an exercise program becomes - which is why, in his 50's he is more active than ever. His favorite exercise is the kettlebell goblet squat and he loves hiking (the real kind where you actually carry a backpack) especially when it ends in a panoramic view atop a tall mountain peak! When he isn't teaching or working out Cody can probably be found at one of his kids' ballgames (there are 8 of them so there have been a lot of ballgames to go to!).

Angie Dugger
Trainer, Co-Owner
Angie loves family, friends, most anything outdoors, sports, and Jesus. She is a wife and mother of 4 children. She is a long time Searcy resident, graduated from Harding University with a degree in Kinesiology. She also was a 3-time All-American basketball player while at Harding. Angie spent ten years as a CrossFit trainer with both L1 and L2 certifications. She is passionate about functional movements and helping others improve their form and mobility through exercise. Her hobbies include watching her kids play sports, playing pickleball, and hanging out with friends and family.

Emma Kate Dilley
Trainer
Emma Kate Dilley, DPT is a recent graduate from the Harding University Physical Therapy program. She received her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Ole Miss in 2019. She has been a part of the One Life community for the past two years, working out in the morning MetCon classes. She will be working at Arkansas Pelvic Health (in Little Rock) as a pelvic floor physical therapist in the fall. She loves empowering others through exercise and helping them find their strengths. She loves the MetCon classes because they combine strength and endurance while providing an encouraging community that pushes her to do hard things. She enjoys hiking, pickleball, and cooking in her spare time. As a more recent Arkansas resident, she is always eager to hear about interesting places to visit!

Easton Miller
Trainer
Easton Miller graduated from Harding University with his bachelors in Kinesiology and Health and will begin master’s degree in strength and conditioning in the fall. He played on the Harding University football team for 5 years. Easton has trained for athletes for the last 5 years including MMA superstar Bryce “Thug Nasty” Mitchell. Easton believes health and exercise is essential to having a better quality life mentally and physically. His favorite exercise to do in the weight room is heavy trap bar deadlifts. When Easton isn’t working, he can be found with friends or family (and he has a big family). His favorite things are hunting and fishing, chasing reptiles with his brothers and cousins, as well as training in mixed martial arts.
